Passion. Experience. Dedication.

With over 35 years of legal experience, I bring a deep reservoir of knowledge, skill, and unwavering commitment to every case I handle. My journey into law began with a degree from Long Island University in 1982, where I honed my analytical and critical thinking skills. I then pursued my passion for justice and advocacy at Touro Law School, graduating in 1987 and stepping into a lifelong career dedicated to making a meaningful difference in my clients’ lives.

I have been admitted to practice law in New York state since 1989. My areas of practice and expertise include all aspects of matrimonial law and family law including but not limited to contested divorces and uncontested divorces, all aspects of visitation including requests for supervised visitation, maintenance, child support, applications for upward and downward modifications for child support, petitions for orders of protections including "refrain from " orders of protections as well as full "stay away " orders of protections, prenuptial agreements and postnuptual agreements, grandparents visitation rights as well as applications for exclusive use and occupancy, emergency requests for immediate visitation (including an application for a writ of habeas corpus), a pplications for drug and alcohol testing and any other issues before the Supreme and family courts in Nassau and Suffolk county. I have also appeared in virtually all of the courts in the Metropolitan area, handling all misdemeanor and felony cases in Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as all vehicle and traffic law violations before the traffic and parking violations bureau pending in Nassau and Suffolk counties, including all town and village courts.
